Data controller

The data controller is IKKI Conseil, a French SARL with a share capital of €1,000, SIREN 904 036 514, RCS Marseille 904 036 514, whose registered office is located at 22 rue Florac, 13008 Marseille, France.

Check-up requests

We collect your first name, last name, company, work email, optional phone number, CRM in use, approximate number of contacts and the issue you face. The creation date and your consent are also recorded.

This information is used to contact you about the check-up. The legal basis is your consent. The phone number is optional. The other fields are required to process your request. Do not include sensitive data or your customers' data in the free-text field.

Access and retention

Requests are accessible only to authorized IKKI Conseil administrators and to technical providers acting on its behalf. They are never sold.

Check-up requests and proof of consent are kept for 3 years from the last contact, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority) for prospect data. They are then deleted.

Processors and transfers

The website, database and user accounts are hosted by Lovable Labs Sweden AB (Stockholm, Sweden) and its own technical processors. Some processing may take place outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.

Data shared for the analysis

The full check-up uses a read-only connection or the exports you provide. Nothing is changed in your CRM. Your files are deleted after the analysis. A GDPR data processing agreement sets out each party's obligations for every full check-up.

Check-up results are kept for the duration of the beta agreement, then deleted. Account data is kept until the user deletes the account, or after 3 years of inactivity.

Cookies and website operation

The website only uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary for signing in and for the security of your session. It uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement requiring your consent.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, depending on the legal basis, objection or portability of your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
