Purpose and publisher

Datixa provides CRM data quality audit tools and a way to request a full check-up. The service is published by IKKI Conseil, a French SARL with a share capital of €1,000, SIREN 904 036 514, head office SIRET 904 036 514 00019, RCS Marseille 904 036 514, EU VAT number FR30904036514, whose registered office is located at 22 rue Florac, 13008 Marseille, France. Access to the service

The public website lets you discover the offers and request a check-up. Access to the app's features may require an account. You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials.

CRM check-up beta

The self-service online analysis is in development and not yet available. The full check-up is free during the beta, subject to available spots and confirmation by IKKI Conseil. Submitting a request does not guarantee admission to the beta.

The check-up may cover HubSpot or Creatio in read-only mode, or exports from other CRMs. It includes a report in French and a 30-minute review call. Exact terms are agreed before the start. Beta dates: from November 2026 to March 31, 2027.

Your commitments

You must hold the necessary rights over the data you share and comply with the GDPR. Do not share data without authorization. Any fraudulent use, unauthorized access attempt or disruption of the service is prohibited.

Results and fixes

Results are a diagnostic aid. They do not guarantee that all issues are found, nor the legal compliance of your CRM. You review recommendations before applying them. The check-up makes no changes in the CRM.

Fixes are made by you, or by IKKI Conseil through a separate engagement.

Personal data

Processing details are described in the privacy policy. A GDPR data processing agreement covers every full check-up. Files are deleted after the analysis.

Availability and liability

IKKI Conseil makes reasonable efforts to keep the service running. Interruptions may occur, in particular for maintenance.

IKKI Conseil is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). Results are provided for information purposes, during a free beta phase, and may contain errors. IKKI Conseil cannot be held liable for decisions made solely on the basis of these results. The specific terms of each full check-up are set out in the beta agreement signed with the client.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Marseille, France, have exclusive jurisdiction.
